The Northwest Torrance Homeowners Association was
established to make a difference!

As an association, we as neighbors, join forces and dedicate
ourselves.
Association members enjoy the following benefits:

                 - Candidate forums
                 - Opportunity to meet your Community Lead Police Officer
                   for the Northwest Torrance area
Any person interested in local
homeowner issues such as schools,
parks, traffic, development, zoning,
crime and graffiti, etc., is eligible for
membership provided he or she is a
homeowner or condo owner in the NWTHA area. (see map below)
