Who May Join
Any person interested in local issues such as schools, parks,
traffic, development, zoning, crime, graffiti, etc. is encouraged to be a member. The
only requirement is you must be a homeowner in the North Torrance Area - all homes
North of 190th St.

General Meetings
Our General Meetings are held three times a year in February, June and October

How To Join
Click on the link below and fill out the application, print and mail. Our dues are $10.00
a year per family, or $100.00 for a life time family membership.
Renewals are due July 1 of each year so mark your calendars.
